Vendor Registration Information
To reserve a booth for this year’s HOTT Show, please fill out the Vendor Registration Form.
Registration prior to December 31 is $650 per 6’ table.
Registration on or after January 1 is $700 per 6’ table.
After you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with details about how to complete your payment.
All booths have access to free Wi-Fi; please note whether you will need access to electrical outlets on the registration form.
Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving your invoice.
If payment is not received within 30 days, your table reservation may be forfeited.
